WELCOME
I am a freelance Lyric Soprano soloist, singing and piano teacher based in Chippenham, North Wiltshire. I have had a career in both performance and music education and I have continued to study, promote and teach music all my life with some notable singing teachers and repetiteurs.
As Founder and Artistic Director of Opera Sulis I perform as part of the ensemble and I enjoy singing as a guest soloist with choral societies, opera companies and for private events. I have also worked with professional opera companies and ensembles taking music workshops into schools. My repertoire includes opera, sacred music, songs from the shows and jazz standards.
Having recently retired from teaching in schools, to allow for a more flexible working environment, I have a growing number of private students for both singing and piano.
In singing I specialise in teaching adult and young adult voices (16 +) and for those wishing to take grades 6, 7, 8 and beyond. In piano I have a growing number of beginner adult students.
